Director of the Kharkiv Branch Division
Yurii TERESHCHENKO
Yurii Tereshchenko, born in 1964, earned his degree specializing in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Kharkiv Civil Engineering Institute in 1986. He became a corresponding member of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine in 2007 and was awarded the honorary title Distinguished Builder of Ukraine in 2009. He has worked at the Institute since 1986, holding positions as engineer and Chief Project Engineer, and since 2001 has served as Director of the Kharkiv Division.
A highly experienced specialist in the design of steel building structures, he has contributed to numerous industrial and public projects, including the pedestrian bridge in Izium, facilities of the metallurgical plants in Yenakiieve and Alchevsk, the Football Stadium «Metalist» in Kharkiv, reconstruction works at the Kharkiv Malt Plant, and cement plants across Ukraine.
He is the author of 15 published scientific papers and has been awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine.

Director of the Poltava Branch Division
Anatolii INZYK
Anatolii Inzyk, born in 1960, graduated in 1980 from the Poltava Electrotechnical College specializing in Industrial and Civil Engineering. He began his career the same year at the Poltava Department of the Institute “Ukrproektstalkonstruktsia” while continuing his studies at the evening program of the Poltava Civil Engineering Institute, where he earned his degree in 1988. Over the years, he advanced from technician to Director of the Branch Division.
A qualified specialist in the design and inspection of industrial buildings, structures, and high-rise facilities, he has contributed to numerous projects, including the inspection and design of steel structures at the Tbilisi Plant “Centrolit”, the Ruzayevka Plant of Metal-Stamping Automatic Lines, the Smolensk Nuclear Power Plant, antenna-mast structures “Horizont” in Igarka, the Mtsensk Plant "Vtortsvetmet", the Zaporizhstal Metallurgical Plant, Dniprospetsstal, and Alchevskkoks. He also carried out inspections, technical condition assessments, and resource reassignment of steel structures at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant.

Director of the Odesa Branch Division
Serhii HROMYK
Serhii Hromyk, born in 1981, graduated in 2004 from the Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture specializing in Industrial and Civil Engineering and completed postgraduate studies at the same academy in 2007. After graduation, he worked in design organizations as Chief Designer and Chief Project Engineer. Since 2014, he has worked as Director of the Odesa Branch Division of the “V. Shimanovsky Ukrainian Institute of Steel Construction”.
A highly qualified specialist in the design, inspection, and reconstruction of buildings and structures, he is proficient in advanced design software including MONOMAKH-SAPR 2020, LIRA-SAPR 2020, and REVIT, as well as BIM modelling techniques. He has extensive experience in designing residential and hotel complexes using reinforced concrete and steel structures. Together with his team, he is working on projects for commercial, leisure and entertainment complexes in southern Ukraine.
Under his skilled leadership, the Odesa Branch Division has become one of the Institute’s leading departments in the use of modern measuring and computer technologies.
