| The main trends in activities |
 Experimental investigation of new advanced types of metalwork.
Designing, fabrication and erection of metalwork used in industrial and civil buildings and structures.
Fabrication of multi-purpose metalwork.
Examination, technical condition assessment, test work and elaboration of drawings for reinforcing of the existing metalwork used in buildings and structures.
Quality inspection during all stages of project realization. |

| Potential capacities and equipment |
|
Fabrication of building metalwork is performed at Production base attached to OJSC "V. Shimanovsky Ukrainian Research and Design Institute of Steel Construction", located in city Brovary.
Capacity of the base is 5000 t of metal structures per year.
Production Base consists of:
— industrial premises in the form of building of 5184 sq. m. area and spans 24 m and 30 m, equipped with traveling cranes of 10 and 16 tons load-carrying capacity;
— open-air storage of 1200 sq. m. area, provided with gantry crane.
At the base disposal there are the following equipment and machinery:
— gas oxygen and plasma pipes cutting machine "TUBOSEC-1500" made by Company "MESSER GREISHEIM";
— strip sowing machine STG 440;
— plasma installations Dnepr-2, Kiev 4M;
— welding tractors À-1896, ÒÑ-17;
— welding semi-automatic machines made by Company "FRONIUS";
— inclined throat shears, factory mills and other equipment. |

An exceptional technology for pipes processing to obtain joints without junction plates is used. Cutting of pipes is performed by means of machine «TUBOSEC-1500», which enables to process pipes of diameters within the range from 80 mm up to 1500 mm.
