| The main trends of its activities |
|
With the purpose to promote a development and perfection of the Institute's work the editorial and publishing activities department in May 2007 was established. This department performs functions of editorial board and deals with publication of scientific journal "Industrial Construction and Engineering Structures" (ISSN 1996-8159).
The founders of this journal are State Corporation "Ukrmontazhspetsstroi" and OJSC "V. Shimanovsky UkrRDIsteelconstruction".
This issue is distinguished by wide-scale topicality aimed at rendering of various information on the matters of architecture, designing, construction of engineering structures and industrial-purpose projects, as well as familiarization with results of new researches in the field of technical diagnostics, development and perfection of regulatory base in metal engineering and other themes.

Two issues of journal have been prepared and published in 2007 by editorial board which obtained approval and positive assessment from Expert Council attached to High Attestation Commission of Ukraine.
According to decision of the body mentioned above ¹ 1-05/4 dated on 9/04/2008 this journal was entered in a list of specialized publications devoted to technical sciences.
Since 2008 the journal is published quarterly. This periodical journal is distributed under subscription through State Enterprise "The Press" by subscription index 98848 (The catalogue of Ukrainian periodicals of 2008, page 168).
